Peace Mediation
Peace Mediation Services is a new small business in Salmon Arm and with mobile services, offering professional mediation services to workplaces and families. The business provides mobile hourly mediation designed to offer a safe space for staff or families to have difficult courageous conversations to develop empathy for one another and resolve interpersonal conflicts and restore relationships. By delivering services onsite at workplaces or homes or at mutually agreed locations by the hour. Peace Mediation offers convenience, flexibility and minimal disruption to clients.
Founded by Julie Bond, a trained mediator with a Certificate in Collaborative Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC and a background in education, faciliation, child protection and parenting. The business is built on a strong foundation of practical lived experiences. Julie's unique combination of professional training and lived experiences positions her to effectively support both organizational and family conflict resolution.
