I am a community professional with over 19 years experience in the construction, industrial, and resource development sectors. Currently serves as the Business Development & Engagement Manger for Skwlāx Resource Management (SRM), a 100% Indigenous owned civil construction company operating throughout Secwepemculecw and across British Columbia.

In my role, I focus on building strategic partnerships that support local employment, Indigenous participation and sustainable infrastructure development. I work closely with First Nation communities, municipalities, and private industry to deliver civil and infrastructure projects that align economic growth with environmental stewardship and community well being.

A Class A FSR Master Electrician with Red Seal and Blue Seal certifications, I bring both technical expertise and executive level leadership experience to my work. Over nearly two decades in the industry, I have managed major mining, commercial and infrastructure projects always emphasizing collaboration, safety and training for local workers.

Beyond my professional career, I have been deeply rooted in the Shuswap region, where I live and actively participate in community initiatives. My leadership philosophy centres on mentorship, integrity and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

I have an interest and desire to contribute my experience in business development, infrastructure planning and Indigenous engagement to help advance local priorities. I believe strong inclusive partnerships between business, community members and leadership are essential to creating long term prosperity in the region
